What We Offer

Unite and Conquer is a charitable nonprofit organization that provides recovery housing for a variety of our most vulnerable populations. Our mission is to provide safe and supportive housing for individuals with substance use disorder, individuals returning from incarceration, veterans experiencing housing insecurity, emerging adults aging out of foster care, intimate partner violence, victims of sexual assault and human trafficking. We believe in creating a supportive community that promotes healthy living and lasting recovery. Our team is dedicated to helping each resident reach their full potential and achieve their goals. Shared Housing

At Unite and Conquer, our shared housing program is a cornerstone of our commitment to serving the underserved men and women in the New York Long Island Area. We recognize that housing insecurity is often the first domino in a chain of challenges that can lead to homelessness. Our primary mission is to intervene before that happens by providing affordable transitional housing in beautifully renovated homes located in welcoming middle-class neighborhoods.

Emotional Support

We recognize that the emotional well-being of our residents is just as vital as their physical shelter. Our shared housing program is not just about providing safe and secure accommodations; it's about creating a loving and compassionate community environment where individuals can find solace and strength.

We encourage every program participant to take pride in where they live, through implementation of our Good Neighbor Policy and to embrace ownership of their recovery journey. In our community, residents come together to support one another, fostering a profound sense of belonging and camaraderie. We understand that the emotional path to recovery can be arduous, and we are committed to providing the unwavering emotional support and understanding that our residents need.
